Critical fields of English language teaching from pedagogical-psychology point of view
MAREŠOVÁ, Pavla
The diploma thesis is focused on critical points in the teaching of English from a pedagogical-psychological point of view and in the environment of language schools. This work aims to get acquainted with the topic of critical points and specify this issue, describe the various aspects of teaching that can lead to a critical point, map the critical points that the author has encountered during her practice, and with which students and pupils can also meet (not only) in language schools. The practical part contains a depth analysis of the issue of critical points through a subjective description of critical points based on the experience of the author's practice. Furthermore, case studies offer a view of the processing and acquisition of selected critical points from the perspective of students.
Solving the crisis of Czech dubbing
Battěk, Jan ; SRSTKA, Jiří (advisor) ; JEŽEK, Vlastimil (referee)
Czech dubbing is in crisis. The current situation has been provoked by the Czech Actors' Association's respectable effort to equalize the terms of salaries and raise them following the example of neighbouring Germany. Yet does the quality of dubbing correlate with the size of performers' salaries? Is it possible to unify wages in the private sector? Are dubbing distributors interested in higher quality at higher production costs?
